What to include
- the page or feature you were using;
- what you expected;
- what happened instead;
- your Stranger Talk Code only when relevant and safe to provide;
- device/browser details if a technical issue is difficult to reproduce.
Never include secrets: Do not send your PIN, OTP, password, bank details, payment credentials or identity documents in ordinary feedback.
Safety reports are different
If you are reporting harassment, threats, scams, sexual exploitation, privacy violations or other rule-breaking behaviour, use the Report a User guidance and in-product Report control rather than a general feature suggestion.
