Meet → Chat → Connect → Continue
Stranger Talk is a conversation service built for people who want to meet someone new without turning every interaction into a traditional social-network signup process.
Why Stranger Talk Exists
Sometimes you want a quick conversation, a different perspective, someone to talk to during a journey, or a place to ask a question without building a public social profile first. Stranger Talk brings those moments into one simple product.
Different Ways to Connect
Random Chat is for spontaneous conversations with another available person. Private Chat lets you create a temporary two-person room and share a six-digit code. Area Chat uses a country, state and city that you choose. Travel Chat lets you select a train and look for other users selecting the same train.
Outside one-to-one chat, Community provides questions, advice-style posts, discussions and polls. Groups provide topic-based spaces that can be public or private. Games add quick two-player activities when conversation needs a little energy. Conversation starters and challenges are designed to make it easier to find something worth talking about.
Built Around Low Friction
Stranger Talk uses a lightweight identity rather than a conventional email signup flow. New users provide an age, choose a gender for matching, optionally provide a name, accept the age and policy confirmation, receive an ST Code and can create a PIN for returning access.
Safety Is Part of the Product
Stranger Talk includes reporting and blocking controls, server-side session checks, activity and presence handling, and moderation data. These tools are intended to reduce abuse, not to guarantee that every conversation is safe. Users should still protect passwords, OTPs, financial information, private documents and precise location information.
Our Standard
We want Stranger Talk to feel simple without being careless: simple to start, clear about how it works, respectful toward the people using it, and honest about its limits. That means the product documentation should describe real behaviour rather than promising more than the software can deliver.
That standard also shapes how we think about identity and privacy. The service uses a lightweight ST Code rather than requiring an email-based social profile, but lightweight identity does not mean that the service has no records. Chat messages, account information, community activity, safety actions and activity data can be processed to operate the features. We aim to explain those realities plainly so users can make informed choices.

Where the Product Is Going
Stranger Talk is designed as a connected set of small conversation experiences rather than one giant social feed. You can move from a spontaneous chat to a shared interest, a journey conversation, a group, a community question or a quick game. The goal is not to force every interaction into the same format; it is to give people a few clear ways to find the kind of conversation they want.
