Delete Your Stranger Talk Account
Stranger Talk provides an in-product account deletion flow so you can remove your account without contacting support for the normal case.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open your Stranger Talk profile.
- Go to Account & Devices.
- Select Delete My Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown by the product.
What If Deletion Fails?
Use the Contact route and explain that you need account-deletion assistance. Do not send your PIN, OTP, passwords, payment details or identity documents just to diagnose a failed deletion request.
Deletion and Legal Retention
Account deletion does not necessarily mean every record can be erased immediately in every circumstance. Information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations or other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy Requests
If your request concerns access, correction, deletion or another privacy right, identify it clearly when contacting Stranger Talk. The exact rights and response process can depend on applicable law and the user's location.
